Gjibo’s is a brand that’s close to the hearts of the team at Cornell for a couple of reasons – we work closely with the team on a number of restaurant projects and we love good food!

Created as a “sister restaurant” of the popular Zio Restaurant in Portadown, “Gjibos” offered a bespoke seafood menu complimented with a range of vegan and meat dishes. Having a long-established relationship with the team behind Zio, Villa Vinci and Piccolo Kitchen, we were delighted when approached us to create the branding for their new venture. With total control over the name, look and feel of the restaurant, we couldn’t wait to dive in!
For us, it made sense to name this restaurant after its owner – Gjibo. We also presented ocean blues for our main colour schemes. Our designers were allowed total creativity: bringing everything to life including Signage, Menus, Clothing and Promotional Materials. We even gave Gjibo’s a couple of unique features to help them stand out from the crowd. This included a unique branded wooden menu board and creating die-cut gift vouchers that encapsulated ocean waves.
Beautiful backlit signage was designed by our team and created an eye-catching focal point for the restaurant from the outside.
The outcome of this project was as divine as the food that it served – very tasty indeed!!
