Express merchants was established in 2017 to offer a network of approved suppliers to the Facilities Management industry throughout the UK & Ireland. With over 6,000 locations now on their books Express Merchants boast the largest network of suppliers in the following categories:

  • Health Safety
  • Ironmongery
  • and many more.

This network of convenient and trusted outlets helps FM companies access tools and supplies closer to their projects helping increase productivity and efficiency whilst cutting overheads and lowering their carbon footprint.


Our main project goal on this occasion was to bring the idea to life in the form of a handy Mobile App that helped users find the closest supplier to their project and allowed them to generate traceable PO numbers to purchase goods for that specific project. As well as being easy to use the ability to track and trace all purchases through the App to specific users and companies would play a key role in the success of the project for Express Merchants.

Once the App was ready to launch the sales efforts began in earnest. To help the Express Merchants Sales Team as they approached the large players in the Facilities Management industry we created Corporate Literature, PowerPoint Presentations, Business Cards and an informative 2-minute animation showcasing all the benefits of the Express Merchants App (watch the animation below).

All of the above along with Brand Development and print brokering has produced key marketing material that continues to aid the promotion of this groundbreaking and industry-specific  App.


Since the release of its App back in early 2018, Express Merchants have managed to grab the attention of the largest Facilities Management companies in the business such as Aramark, CBRE UK, BT ROI, Aramark Tesco, ISS, and many more.
